What types of contractors do you work with?
We partner with general contractors, interior designers, architects, electricians, plumbers, tile specialists, landscapers, and other licensed tradespeople. If you work in residential construction or design in the Tahoe or Bay Area regions, we want to hear from you.
Is there a fee to join your partner network?
No, there are zero referral fees, membership fees, or commissions. We connect you with pre-qualified clients and manage the project coordination. You get paid directly by the homeowner for your work.
How do you vet and select partners?
We look at licensing, insurance, portfolio quality, references, and responsiveness. We also do a trial project when possible. Our reputation depends on the quality of work our partners deliver, so we’re selective but fair.
What regions do you serve?
Currently we operate in the Lake Tahoe region (Placer County, El Dorado County, Washoe County) and the San Francisco Bay Area (primarily the East Bay and South Bay). We’re expanding, so reach out even if you’re nearby.
How does the project coordination work?
We handle the client relationship, budget tracking, scheduling, and progress reporting. You focus on the build. We’ll be on-site regularly, manage change orders, and keep the client informed so you don’t have to juggle communication.
